Laser Procedure Can Turn Brown Eyes Blue

Only 17% of people in the world have blue eyes. From until now only contact lenses could give somebody's eyes the appearance of having blue eyes but now their is a procedure that can make brown eyes blue. The procedure takes the pigment away, then the light can enter the stroma and reflect wavelengths to change the eyecolor. The procedure costs about $5,000 and is not at all dangerous because the laser is not powerful. There have been 17 patients operated in Mexico and 20 operated in Costa Rica.
